2. Services Provided
Marblecrest Burien Concrete provides concrete installation, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties. All work is performed by licensed and insured professionals. Specific services, timelines, and pricing are detailed in individual project estimates and contracts provided to clients before work begins.
3. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial expectations or if the scope of work changes. Any changes to pricing will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work proceeds. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. Specific warranty terms are provided in writing for each project. Warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials but do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. To maintain warranty coverage, clients must follow provided maintenance guidelines.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the work site, obtaining necessary permits where required, and marking underground utilities before work begins. Clients must inform us of any site hazards or special conditions. You are responsible for moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other items from the work area before we arrive.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to charges for materials, labor, and other costs already incurred. We will work with you to find reasonable solutions when schedule changes are necessary.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for both liability and workers compensation. Claims must be made in writing within the warranty period specified in your contract.
9. Dispute Resolution
We strive to resolve any concerns or disputes directly with our clients through open communication. If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved through discussion, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
